Jesse has a background in land use and climate adaptation planning. Prior to Strategic Economics, he worked on environmental planning projects across the Bay Area that focused on green infrastructure and sea level rise. At Strategic Economics, Jesse has worked on a wide variety of projects, including tax revenue, inclusionary housing feasibility, and property value analyses.
Jesse holds a Master of City Planning from University of California, Berkeley. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Architecture from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
