Sujata Srivastava has over 15 years of experience in urban economics consulting. She specializes in real estate market analysis, fiscal impact analysis, and economic development, with a focus on planning for TOD and infill development. Sujata has led the firm in developing new methodologies for estimating housing and employment demand near transit, as well as measuring economic benefits of compact development patterns at the regional level.
She holds a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of California at Berkeley. She received her B.A. from Mount Holyoke College. She is a fluent Spanish speaker, and is proficient in Hindi and Portuguese. She serves on the Board of Directors for Datacenter, a nonprofit organization that promotes social justice through strategic research, training, and collaborations.
