T.J. McKiernan has experience working on affordable housing and economic development strategies and Specific Plans. At Strategic Economics, he has supported real estate market analysis and financial feasibility analysis for the City of San Jose, Santa Clara County, Union City, and Palo Alto. His background in GIS and regional planning also gives him experience with a range of spatial analysis methods. T.J. holds a Master of Regional Planning from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Binghamton University.
